Accessory for mould.

Slide, guide pin, guide sleeve, lifter blocks and so on are taken by wear-resistant standard parts, to ensure the mould life.

 

Deal with mould.

Quenching the mold, heat treatment to improve the hardness, then Nitriding temperature is lower , the mold will no longer need to quench mold with high surface hardness and wear resistance more than HV850.

 

FAQ.

Q:How about delivery time for this cap mould?

A:On normal oskai mould will give you idea about T1 time, T1 time if choose soft steel only need 45 days about, but if choose hardness steel on normal asked for 55 days. tks!

 

Q:If i want to send the drawing files to you, which form is better? 

A:We use UG for 3d, AutoCAD for 2d. Then if for 3d drawing, .stp / .x-t / .igs / .prt / .stl all of them are ok. For the CAD on normal .dwg. tks!

 

Q: How much is this mold?

A:Some customers only ask for price without any details. It is really difficult for us to reply. If mold quotation is required, we would like to get details of size and design concept. Thank you very much!

 

Q :How many days will it take to make this mold?

A:Because OSKAI mold is roughly 45-55 days. The specific time depends on the mold size, steel material quality and processing technology.

 

Q: Is it possible to choose other plastic materials?

A:Yes, OSKAI mold factory will design the mold according to the shrinkage rate of the appropriate plastic material, so no matter what type of material you want to choose is ok. Thank you very much!
